Ended up with 2 unopened boxes of lenses from this place because I couldn't see well with the lenses she prescribed. Called and asked if they would stand behind the UNOPENED boxes and I would have to just take a loss on the boxes with 5 unused lenses in them. Didn't even get a return phone call. They just ignored my request.

I have waited many weeks for an appointment here after asking over the phone if my insurance is accepted and being told it was and filling out my insurance information on their online forms. After arriving and handing my insurance card over I'm told it's not accepted. I have been getting headaches and needed this appointment today! Wish I would have scheduled elsewhere! So disappointed in Advanced Eye Care! They need to know what insurance they accept from the get-go!!!
