Staff is very friendly and professional. They are very busy but yet do not treat you like just a number. And they are willing to fight FOR you regarding insurance issues and overstepping. Dr. Terrell is very knowledgeable and personable. He fixes the issue, EXPLAINS to you what is happening, and still treats the patient like you're both "just one of the guys". Although I hate having to go to him, I'm VERY glad that that is where I go when I do.
