Worst experience I have ever had at a optical place and I have been wearing contacts for over 45 years! I went in October for new contact lenses and they could not get the prescription right even after 2 tries. It takes WEEKS to get the lenses and on the 3rd attempt over a month ago, was told 2 weeks ago that the order had been lost & would have wait even longer! I went in today & asked for a refund. Horrible experience.
