I stopped by this morning because my glasses had broken. I am not a patient at this location, I typically go to Pearle Vision on Dodge St. Raegen went over and beyond to assist me! Even though, my glasses were not fixable, she walked around the store with me trying to find a frame that would fit my prescription. She even called multiple stores to see if we could get an emergency pair of contacts since they did not have my prescription at this location. She was very communicative and followed up with me immediately! I really appreciate her customer service and willingness to go over and beyond for someone that's not even a patient at this particular location. 10/10 will probably switch to that location for all my ocular needs going forward.

I got my new prescription something wasn't right. I take them back in, come to find out they didn't order the correct frame and so the lens weren't right. I complained that something is wrong with the lens, the young lady said nothing could be done until I see the eye doctor to see if my prescription changes (I had them checked about 1 month earlier by this location). They kept my new glasses and won't do anything until I have my eyes checked. I schedule another appointment with the eye doctor, get a call today saying they want to move my appointment today due to they might be able to see me at the time scheduled because they are going to work me in between another family. DON'T SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU CAN'T MAKE THE APPOINTMENT TIME WORK. This has been scheduled for over a week, and if I can't be flexible because of their scheduling issue, then I can't be seen for another 20 days for a time that works. Most of the staff are not friendly, THEY don't make mistakes. When I asked for a full refund they didn't want to work with me. Stay away.

I have been going here for a couple of years. The doctor is nice, but can be a little chatty, which is a problem since I work during the day. You show up and it takes them about 10 minutes before they take you back for the pre-screening, even when you are the first patient of the day. I ordered glasses, it has been a month and still no glasses. It wasn't until I really pushed, this being my 3rd call, they called the lab and they said there was an issue along the way and had to start over. Poor communication and lack of concern that people work during the day and need to get back to work. I will have to reconsider if I continue to go here or if I move to a new place.

I would not recommend if you need glasses quickly. When I lost my glasses and needed a new pair quickly, I waited over two and half weeks when I was told they would take "about a week." When my daughter broke her frame we were told the identical frame was in stock and the glasses could be fixed in less than a week. Three weeks later we were still waiting and were told that Pearle had to wait for the frames to come in "from overseas." After the frames finally came in, we had to wait another week to put the lenses in. Will never go back.
