Great place for eyecare! Dr Peter and his staff were so helpful and Dr Peter even took the initiative to test my eye in order to look for a problem id had with my other eye. It was very reassuring and gave me peace of mind.

Was from out of town and broke my glasses. They were so kind to try and fix the frames. When that wasn't possible, they 'shrink wrapped' the two pieces together. The temp repair held beautifully until I could replace the frames. Otherwise, the mother of the groom would not have been able to see her son get married. Thank you very much!!!

5 out of 5! Always greeted with a smile and "Hello Marc!" from the front desk team. Check-In is always a breeze, especially being able to fill forms out electronically beforehand! The eye checking test with the assistant is always a smooth process and they explain what each machine will do and what it is for. Dr. Peter's demeanor is always welcoming and professional. He makes sure to explain what is being seen on images and documents shown. Then you have great help picking the fashion wear, GLASSES! Always great brands and styles! I always get compliments on mine. Thanks Dr. Peter and Team!

We bring our whole family here, Dr. Peter is the best! He is very thorough and their technology is impressive, which is important to really know if your eyes are healthy. They even have a procedure that assists your tear ducts to make it less likely that you will develop chronic dry eye. I have bought multiple pairs of glasses and prescription sunglasses here and the whole team is helpful and kind. Very happy with this office and love to recommend them!

The reason for my rating is because the manager is rude and claimed I was yelling at her and her staff which is a lie. I'm not sure what her definition of yelling is but it wasn't from me. After initially paying for everything up front they said I owed more. One charge didn't make any sense as I wasn't refitted for contacts. The other bill that they submitted to insurance was under a wrong service date. Then to top that off they gave me the wrong rebate for my contacts and the manager told me I needed to call the rebate company myself which is something I shouldn't have to do.
Dr. Peter's is good and through but the customer service from the management needs a lot of improvement. The last eye company I went to would always tell me what I owed up front which included medical with no surprises and no extra charges later on. I'm guessing between the two they have different billing software going on but who knows.
