Have been going to ogallala eye care for 50 years, dropped my contact and needed an appointment nothing was available for 2 months. Receptionist didn't seem to care one way or another. Asked if I could get a contact to get me by wouldn't even talk to doctor paloucek I have been going there 50 years I'm pretty sure they could have made some kind of effort

Stopped in had something in my lower eyelid wanted them to take a look. It was very irritating and the receptionist said they could not help me they're not taking new patients and she's booked today anyhow.

I went for new glasses. I told them at the end of the eye exam that everything was still blurry. They didnt listen to me. I got my new glasses and everything is blurry. They blamed it on my dry eye problem. I put my old glasses on and i can see better than with my new glasses. Dont know if i will return there.

I asked for a specific brand of contacts and was told the brand I was given was made by the same company I asked for. This was not true and I absolutely hate the contacts I was given. They are supposed to last 30 days and I can barely get 2 weeks out of them and they get so dry by early evening. Can't wait to go to a new eye doctor that listens.
