Mark is the BEST... I had several issues with the other America's Best store location. He extended extra effort to ensure my new glasses were cleaned of the glass grinding debris (the other 2 associates could not see). When I expressed disappointment with my new glasses/frames, Mark setup a time that I tried new frames (and he chose a selection that I tried on). He also adjusted & tightened the frames of my old backup glasses (the other store said it was not possible). He gets an A++ for his genuine customer care.

I went in with frames that i thought were totally wrecked. They had already been sliding off my nose, then my dog had sat on them while I was on the floor. I went in expecting I'd need to use my warranty, but Mark worked at them and they fit better than they did when I got them. THANK YOU MARK AND AMERICA'S BEST!

The Manager and staff at the America's Best on 132nd and West Maple Rd are A+! The attentiveness and attention to detail are top notch! Thank you for everything you do for my entire family that need glasses and shades!

I was told after scheduling, that this clinic only offers virtual eye exams. That might be fine for someone with a mild, stable prescription, but I have a very high prescription with astigmatism and have been experiencing frequent migraines. Any competent eye care professional knows that a virtual refraction-only exam does not assess eye health, eye pressure, optic nerve health, corneal shape, or the many issues that can absolutely contribute to headaches and vision strain in high-Rx patients. Pushing a virtual exam in this situation is not just lazy, it's medically inappropriate. Instead of acknowledging that a full, in-person exam was necessary, I was essentially told "that's all we do." That tells me this clinic is more interested in convenience and volume than actual patient care. If you have anything beyond a basic, low-risk prescription or if you value your eyesight at all, I'd recommend finding a clinic that still practices real optometry, not an app-based shortcut.

This location tops the rest! I needed an urgent eye exam after finding out my contact prescription had expired. I struggle to wear my glasses all day while working in my profession. The gals at America's Best were able to get me in the SAME day! They were informative and eager to get me the best deal. I will definitely be continuing my business here!!

Liz is so AMAZING!! She took her time to go over all the insurance info and if you didn't want something she didn't push you! Love that . My hole family goes to that specific store for Liz. Highly recommended. She knows her stuff
