America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Got my eyes checked at americas best. Honey was the best technician. Everybody there was absolutely fabulous helping pick up a pair of glasses and sunglasses. Even let me bring my dog in at the end so that they could all pet.

I highly recommend this place! Honey is great and the eye doctor is amazing. I found the perfect pair of glasses and they care about what you like. The eye technicans will also help you with purchasing the eyeglasses and make sure that they fit well! This place is worth checking out.

I stopped by today to ask about an eyeglass repair, and the representative who helped me was extremely kind and helpful. I didn't catch her name, but she was at the second desk on the left when you walk in. She gave me great advice about my broken pair of glasses and even repaired another pair for free. The whole visit took less than 10 minutes. Excellent service!

Absolutely the best customer service. I always have trouble with the thing that blows air in your eye, she distracted me and got it on the first time. She was very knowledgeable, cleaned my glasses, and even gave me a compliment - made me walk out feeling beautiful and like I got the best care ever! Highly recommend.

Pathetic store and staff. I had an appointment and they called to come 45 mins late as they had backlog. When I reached there they said appointment cancelled as I didn't reach on appointment time. When I told them about the call they did yeah out system is not working. Asked me to go to Westroads store as they have appointment available in 20 mins, reached there and there was no one available to test eyes as technician left. Asked why did the other store sent me here they said it's not their problem and I should talk to them. Pathetic rude staff. Never going again and not recommending to even enemies.

I've been a loyal customer of America's Best for years--eye exams, contacts, everything. But this last visit was by far the worst experience. I went in to buy contacts with the same vision plan I've always had. I didn't realize at first that my insurance is part of a larger umbrella plan, so my member ID looked different. That small detail shouldn't have mattered--but the way I was treated absolutely did. The manager did "look into it," but the entire time she was rude, dismissive, and full of attitude--doubting me at every step. She even claimed she called corporate, who supposedly told her I only had a glasses benefit. That was completely wrong. When I called my insurance myself, they immediately confirmed what I had been saying all along: my plan was active and I did in fact have a contact lens benefit. Only after she realized I was right did her demeanor shift--but by then, the damage was done. The whole encounter was a waste of time and nothing but condescension. This location reeks of bad customer service, and I will not be returning.
