America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Sade was great!! Literally helped me try on almost every pair in stock. I was kind of pick and she was patient and understanding. I almost bought 6 mo. of contacts for my husband and she so kindly recommended a trial pair. I had expressed concerns about his last set not working out from a previous optometrist. Would highly recommend stopping in! Bonus quick and conventional scheduling online. Scheduled an appointment next day. Got in and out super quick.

Amy was incredibly helpful. My daughter has a specific frame that she orders every time Amy was able to locate them when we failed to. She also was able to suggest a second pair that my daughter overlooked and ended up loving. Amy was also able to give me more helpful information on the contract club my husband is a part of.

I had an unexpected issue with my HSA account at checkout as it changed card carriers on me in the last month. I was assured that the exams/glasses we went in for were saved for when the new card arrives. Kudos to all who helped us today! Special thanks to Zach for being so personable with a heavy workload of customers. It's never fun dealing with stuff like this, but the customer service you provided made the experience less painful. Ty ty. We'll see y'all again when I get my new card!

I visited American Best on January 25, 2026. The Customer Service that I received from American Best was "top notch"! The optometrist was thorough, courteous, and helpful. Moreover, the eye frame and lens selection technician, "Amy" was exceptional. She was professional, friendly, patience, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and extremely helpful in every way! . She was "The Best"!

Amy was a huge help. She gave me her honest opinion and expertise. Much appreciated! I was so glad that she was there when I came back.

Had the worst service at America's Best on 12/07/25 from the minute I walked in the door. Thought I'd come back there after using a different company for 6-7 years. The only reason I switched in the first place was related to their women's selection of frames. What cinched the interaction was the employee Iseiah was not friendly, did not make eye contact, did not offer option but instead said "you want the cheapest stuff". He slapped down a piece of paper on the desk with a copay that was not correct and said something offensive to a paying customer. I said how bout if I just pay for the exam and get my frames elsewhere and he said, "that's fine with me". Would give zero or negative stars if the option were available. Do not recommend AB and I will never go back.

Great experience! Amy was really helpful throughout the process. She was also really friendly and even helped me decide on what frame looks good on me. Great experience overall!

I'm very disappointed with the service my husband received at America's Best Eye Care. He went in yesterday hoping to purchase contact lenses, but the manager treated him very poorly. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, telling him that they would not help him without an appointment and that he needed to call another location. When he called another location, they told him that the same store he was already at actually had an available appointment at that moment -- something the manager never informed him about. This shows a complete lack of honesty and professionalism. We will not be returning, and we definitely do not recommend this location.
