I was so impressed with Dr. O'Bryhim. Not only was her knowledge impressive, but the fact that she wasn't in a hurry & cared enough to take the time to thoroughly explain things meant a lot to me. She answered all of my questions, and it was apparent that she wasn't in a rush to end our appointment.
She came across as kind, reassuring and compassionate, which are important qualities to me. I believe and trust that not only is she a highly talented physician, but her genuine and compassionate nature is a real and comforting bonus.

I am so grateful for Dr. O'Bryhim's expert knowledge & education in a torn retina. It was almost 4 years ago, & it was a very frightening experience. She has always explained it in a way that I can understand. Because of her expertise, I recommended my young grandson Hayden to her when he had a detached retina. So now there are 2 of us in my family that really appreciate her being our dr!

Needed emergency surgery to remove a steroid implant from my eye. Dr. O'Bryhim was able to squeeze me in and did an outstanding job in removing the foreign object. I'm on the road to recovery thanks to her and ALL the staff that did their part to make it happen. I noticed the same symptoms in my left eye as my right from a year ago. My right eye required laser surgery to repair a retina tear. I called Midwest Eye and got an appointment with Dr O'Bryhim within an hour of seeing the symptoms.
Dr. O'Bryhim checked my left eye and found a tear in the retina and a weak area. She immediately set up laser surgery. She fixed everything within 2 and a half hours form my 1st sign of symptoms. Dr O'Bryhim was very professional, understanding and made sure I understood what was going on thru the whole process. Thank You very much Dr O'Bryhim.
