This visit was actually for my mom. I don't live in Omaha, but I looked up. I optometrist near where my mom is living with her sister and this is how I found the Brumm eye care center. I called on a Friday and my mom had appointment on the next Tuesday so I was very excited that they got her in their as fast as they could because my mom had been complaining about not being able to see out of her glasses that she had. Dr Donavan quickly figured out that my mom was wearing reading glasses and gave her a good exam made her feel very comfortable and I am forever grateful for that because when I live in a different city from my mom, and I want her to be taken care of and this Dr Donavan did just that. So I am a proud daughter, whose mother as long as she is living in Omaha will be going back to this Brumm eye care center to see Dr Alexander Donavan.

The person giving me my initial eye examine was extremely nice, patient and efficient - she is a keeper - she made me feel very comfortable. Pleasant and helpful receptionists and billing department. The Optical tech (I'm not sure of her title) that helped me, Liz, was very thorough and detailed with my initial exam. Dr. Cleaver is also very thorough and caring about concerns and needs. I highly recommend Brumm Eye Center.
