Clarity Eye Care

The experiences I've had with Clarity Eye have been absolutely exceptional! Left the office with glasses, sunglasses, and contacts. Tanya specifically made the billing process super easy and transparent. My husband and I also appreciate how thorough Dr. Laura's exams are. We will most certainly be patients here as long as we're in Omaha! The women in this office go above and beyond, thank you to each and every one of you ladies!

I have been a patient at Clarity Eye for several years, relying on their services for my annual eye examinations. My experience with their staff and overall care has always been positive. However, due to financial constraints, I can no longer afford their eyewear prices and have chosen to purchase glasses elsewhere. Although Clarity Eye accepts my insurance for eye exams, they have declined to provide my pupillary distance (PD) measurement, which is essential for ordering glasses from other retailers. Additionally, they were not clear about their policy of withholding the PD measurement, which I only discovered after my exam. While my overall experience with Clarity Eye has been good, their unwillingness to provide me with all of my information is off-putting and has made it even more difficult for me to obtain affordable eyewear.

Great experience at Clarity Eye Care! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable and has kept me updated on each step of the process. I was able to do my new patient intake information online ahead of time and I *LOVE* the text reminders for appointments. Looking forward to continuing my vision care for a long time!

I went in to get my frame adjusted as my glasses felt like they were sitting awkwardly on my face due to a slight bow on one of the arms. After the adjustment, my lenses seemed hazy and the worker told me there was nothing that could be done as my lenses were out of warranty. Initially, I was quite frustrated as it felt like this issue was not caused by me, however, the next day, I spoke with the manager and she was extremely helpful and understanding. She expressed that the situation was odd and this normally doesn't happen, but she offered to give me new lenses for free! I really appreciated her willingness to understand my complaints and work with me to find a solution.

I'm a new patient and I got an extremely quick appointment here. The staff and doctors are incredibly friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and happy! I typically buy my glasses online but now I realize that's been a mistake. They fitted and measured me and the new glasses I'm getting are going to be amazing!

called to make an appointment for my son and when they asked if well be using insurance or payment I did mention he had medicaid but we will be paying out of pocket for everything. The receptionist then replied that they can not let us pay for the appointment even though it was a self pay because she knew we my son has medicaid? Completely weird response and defiantly was absurd to not see a customer who is trying to SELF PAY for everything all because you know we might have Medicaid. Would not recommend.

A friend recommended clarity eye care to me and i'm so glad they did. I recently worked with a different eyewear company and had a terrible experience. The experience I had with clarity Eye Care was fantastic. They're curious kind helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. I have a difficult prescription, but they were able to get my lenses perfect. I highly recommend working with clarity eye care.

I've never had a bad experience at Clarity Eye Care! Everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I don't have to wait more than 5 minutes for anything. Dr. Armitage answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns, and made me feel comfortable. However, I'm almost nervous about posting this review. While I was waiting after I got checked in, the staff were talking about a bad review that was left. That's all fine and dandy, but what rubbed me the wrong way is the gentlemen who started Googling different patients and talking about them loud enough to where I could hear. I get that you have patients that leave upset or those who you really like because they were super nice and friendly, but I don't think it is very professional to be looking them up on LinkedIn or Google. Especially if you have other patients who can hear you. This makes me wonder if he'll look me up on the internet, especially after posting this review. Again, I love the staff at Clarity, Claudia was great in helping me find the best deals on my frames and contacts!
