I was unable to reach anyone at this business I've been going to for over 25 years. I drove down there only to find the bldg. vacant w/dusty front glass windows. I had just spoken w/them back in November on tinting my lenses and decided to wait until my recent birthday. Too bad they abruptly closed w/no mention of this when I called back in November. Poor way of ending abusiness.

When small intellectual talk makes big impact and the glasses that not only look great, work and allow more than just sight to enhance a better vision. Sometimes its the smaller place that we can appreciate only because it keeps our elders busy and making a living instead of not living. Not being able to live and love what you do while unable to make others happy isn't much of a life . So we keep an open perspective my yellow ti ted lenses are not only for ultra violet protection but for those flash bangs ,and the not so violent offender I'm not and the sunny bright colored individual I am. So I thank them every time for getting the job done and keeping that sarcastic broad humor we all need to make it through every day.

The only place I will go for eyeglasses. I've been using them for years and will drive across town to go here. They are always the best price, honest, and have superior customer service. I recently had my lenses replaced and they were very well priced. Would recommend to anyone.

In Omaha for a quick vacation with parents when one of their eyeglasses lost a screw. Found this shop and the owners couldn't have been more hospitable in fixing the glasses quickly and for FREE!! They wouldn't accept anything other than wishing my parents a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much Commercial Optical!!

Called for an exam and got the appointment within 2 days. Dr. Sturtevant was great. The exam was through and he answered all of my questions clearly and easy to understand. Great guy!!! Tim (the owner) fixed my broken pair immediately. Once again, Tim answered all my questions great. Placed my order and the new glasses were ready within 4 business days. (unheard of.). Totally happy with the price for both the exam and the new glasses. I've been wearing glasses for over 60 years and have had my share of bad experiences. Look no further, this is truly one of the best optical companies in Omaha. BONUS! They open at 7:30 A.M. unlike the other guys whom don't open till 9 or 10 in the morning. Will be a customer for life. Thank you.

I went here to fix my glasses frame. The service was awesome, the price was decent and the timeline was fast! How would there be so few good reviews about this place? The location is in downtown so it's really convenient to everyone. Highly recommend to come check out this store.

I'm really glad I found this place. I'm 29 and have never worn glasses but I knew it was about time I needed them. I don't have vision insurance so I called around for pricing and all the places that had good reviews were super expensive except this place. The eye exam was very thorough and he explained a lot of things to me I otherwise would never have known. They helped me pick out frames after I showed them a pair I kind of liked, they kept bringing more out from the back in the same style. The best part (aside from the pricing which I was very happy with) is they make your glasses IN SHOP. All the other places I talked to said it'd be weeks before they'd have mine in. These guys had mine done in 2 days.

They did great job repairing my glasses. The staff was very friendly and the repair only took a few minutes. Would highly recommend.
