Had a medical preop cataract eye exam by Dr Heiss. She is such a delight! Her eye exam was very thorough and she explained her findings with such knowledge and specifics! She answered all my questions un rushed! Thank you Dr Heiss! They also had a nice selection of eye wear making it fun to trying on and picking out frames! And the optical assistant was very helpful! Definitive Vision will definitely be providing all my eye care needs!!!

Hesitant about continuing to go here after they bought out Provision Eye Care, but I am SO happy I stayed. They have up to date equipment & literally had me do a VR eye calibration before I even had the exam. Dr Elwood was able to immediately resolve the issue for my irritation and dry eyes along with solution for better contacts. Felt like they didn't treat me just like any other customer, it felt customized to me.
