Dr. Joe Williams was professional and thorough during my exam. He has a warm personality and took time to answer my questions. My son saw him also and he said he really liked him! OpticianJavon was very patient as we picked out glasses and sunglasses as we changed things several times causing him to rework the quotes. I can't say I've ever really enjoyed eye exams before but my first one here with Dr. Williams was amazing! He explained everything during the exam ensuring I understood and was as welcoming and kind as can be! I was also assisted by Saf who prepared me for my exam and they were wonderful! Jevon is who helped me with my glasses towards the end figuring out all the different kinds of lense options helping me find what would work best for my vision/ prescription, and what would be most comfortable since I normally have some pretty thick lenses! He also made sure to get us the best possible price he could offer! All around it was an excellent experience and I will definitely be back in the future!
