Lens Crafters is the place to go when you are in need of a eye exam. Professionalism is a must and they do exactly that. Friendly atmosphere, very clean and organized. The staff members are very courteous and professional. Go check them out and all of yours eye needs will be met and beyond that as well. Keep up the awesome vibes!!

I had an incredible experience at LensCrafters! The doctor was absolutely amazing--friendly, kind, and truly took the time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. The assistant manager Nicole was also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Exceptional service from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back!

My husband and I went into Lens Crafters at Westroads. We had such a wonderful sales person Joshua. He was so kind, knowledgeable, professional, and fun to be around. We bought three pairs of glasses and had our eyes examined. The Dr. was great. Showed us our photos and explained in detail the situations with our eyes. I truly have to give credit to Joshua as we could have easily left the store without purchasing. It has been a long time I felt someone really had our interest in getting us what we needed and wanted! Thank you Joshua!

Josh was the person who assited me in purchasing new glasses. He was awesome, truthful, and patient with my lack of decision making. He ensured that my purchase was affordable for me and continously willing to go back and forth until I made the right decision. I have been buying eye glasses every year for the last 15 years and this year was the first time that I feel confident in the purchase I made, thanks to Josh. I will recommend him to all my family and friends. As for the doctor that did the exam, he let me know my current prescriprion was incorrect. That explained why I could never see out of those glasses. I am not sure how optometrist work, but I wonder if Brumm eye was changing my prescription to sell new prescriptions each year. My family of four were all able to get in and be seen all in the same morning. Dr. Schieffer did an excellent job with myself and both of my young children, he even got me in earlier than scheduled. My husband did see the tele-health optometrist, and had no complaints regarding his visit. The prices were reasonable, especially after being able to use our insurance. I will definitely plan to return for back to school appointments next year. Thank you for the care that you provide! 12.15: I had to come in to the clinic for school forms as we bought a house and my kids were changing schools. Dr. Schieffer remembered us from September and was able to get me the forms that I needed same day. He's very personable and works very quickly! 12.28: My husband picked up his new glasses a week ago. He kept trying to wear them, but he said that everything looked curved, they were making him nauseous, and at one point he almost tripped and fell because the floor looked different than it was. We went back to the clinic, feeling like problem children, and Dr. Scheiffer was able to get my husband in for a repeat exam as we walked in the door. It turns out the tele-health provider that my husband saw messed up the axis that is related to his astigmatism, and was off By 50 degrees. Dr. Scheiffer and his wonderful personnel were able to cut new lenses with the right prescription in the office. We walked around for 20 minutes and then they were ready for pick up, with no additional charge to us. We will definitely be coming back, and from now on, we will all see Dr. Scheiffer. Perfect customer service! The doctor was very thorough and answered my questions. I recommend Lenscrafters at The Westroads as the place to go for eye exams, lenses and frames! I can finally see with my new lenses!
