The staff is always super helpful! I was running late but they were ready for me to check in when I arrived. Mind you, this was after I had to reschedule this appointment 4 times... LaTasha was so understanding! Dr. Heiss is fantastic. Very efficient and never misses anything. She makes sure my contacts/glasses are comfortable and working as they should for me. Love how she explains things too! I've been seeing her for about 5-6 years now.

The entire staff is just fantastic. From the moment I walked in the door everyone made me feel welcome.Even though I was running a little late, they reassured me that it wasn't an issue. They answered all my questions, had me fill out a little paperwork and told me the Dr. would be right out to get me. Dr.Shannon Heiss (Iwanski) is the absolute best. She made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. She also answered all my questions, eased my concerns also reassured me that everything was just fine.
She is a real professional, genuinely cares for her patients and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to anybody who may be looking for a eye doctor to take care of their and/or family's eye care needs.

I was late to my appointment by approximately 10 minutes and I had the 5:00 pm slot. La Tasha and the doctor were agreeable to get me in even though it was a Friday and the last appointment of the day. Incredibly kind and generous. I was able to get the exam and select glasses in a prompt manner and very satisfied with the overall experience. Highly recommend.
