The eye doctor was finally able to solve the mystery of my very watery eye, after two years of asking many, many people. I am so thankful, had a great experience and found an excellent pair of glasses. The entire staff was great. Michelle was so helpful to me while I shopped for frames when my very young daughter was with me in the cart. I will definitely be back to this 120th and L location.

The man who helped us was very unhelpful and showed zero interest in wanting to help us. He claimed that someone called us the night prior to inform us our insurance was not accepted & assumed that we would just cancel. The VM left was a reminder for our appointment, no other information was provided. My husband decided to pay out of pocket and continue with the appointment and the man helping was still exhibiting this unhelpful and unprofessional mannerisms towards my family. We will not be coming back or referring anyone to this service again.
