I had a great experience with both mine and my son's appointment. The whole staff was very nice and easy to talk to. I also liked that there was no guilt trip when I opted out of ordering glasses after my appointment.

I called with what I felt was the worst eye pain I've ever had and they told me to come in as soon as I could and they would check it out. I was in and out and feel much better that there is a plan to take care of this. The entire staff was great, especially Dr. Robinson!

Everybody was really polite really nice doctor made the appointment go smooth very knowledgeable. Better than my last experience there over two years ago, but that was a different doctor very pleased with them now.

Great experience. Dr. Is very delightful to work with. She is patient with the answers you need to give even if it takes multiple times of going back and forth. Enjoyable to be around. She explained the xrays that were taken and why my eyes looked the way they did.

My eye exam experience at Dr. Rebecca Robinson & Associates was excellent! The doctor was amazing--funny, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. I also love the staff; they're always so welcoming and kind. I truly felt cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Every doctor I've seen here has been wonderful, personable and very informative. I just went for my eye exam yesterday, and saw an older lady, but can't really remember her name. She was great, super kind, funny, and the experience was great, like always. Keep up the good work! The staff there are always kind as well.

First time to ever to an eye appointment. The visit was very pleasant and helpful to my peace of mind. They are such a great team!

My experience at Pearle Vision was outstanding. Shozzy did my pre-exam analysis & she was professional, fun & put my fears at ease. Then Dr. Z performed my evaluation for my prescription & health of my eyes. She was so fantastic. She showed me pictures of the inside of my eye & told me how healthy my eyes looked. Being 64 that was very positive & interesting. Also I have the early stages of cataracts but she said I was at the beginning stages of cataracts & no where close to surgery. At my last eye exam I was told the same thing but wasn't told any information like Dr. Z did today at my eye exam. Dr. Z has such a upbeat personality, that I felt happy after the exam. After the eye exam I worked with Jillian in picking out some frames. I liked the first pair I tried on. I couldn't believe it. That was such a relief for me. For the last 40 years when it came to the time to pick out frames, I would pick out all these frames & kept trying them on. It was agonizing for me because I couldn't find just the right frame. Today with Jillian it was like Cinderella's slipper. The first pair I put on I absolutely loved them. I did try on about 6 more pairs just to see what other choices I had but went back to the first pair she picked. I loved those frames. Jillian also adjusted the sunglasses I had because they falling off my face. Lo & behold my sunglasses don't fall off my face. This Pearle Vision is 10 stars!
