Between the person running the front desk to the doctor it was truly first class. Very professional and welcoming especially considering the circumstances by having to squeeze my son and myself in back to back. This was my first time there since my insurance changes and had to switch doctors after 10 years and I highly recommend this place I will be a patient for a long time coming! Thank you!

The day before my appointment, Lindsay called to inform me there was a problem with my insurance coverage date for services. She quickly got me rescheduled without any further complications. Dr. Jackson is very thorough and takes his time performing the exam and explaining everything. Definitely feel like a valued patient and not customer number ######. Great experience every time!

Staff and optometrist were both great. Very thorough and professional. Only complaint would be some parts of exam seemed optional after the exam was over but was not explained that way beforehand or given the option as to if I wanted these extra services.

Nicest staff ever! Doctor Nathan and the receptionist were knowledgeably, friendly, helpful, and thorough. The eye exam was quick and very thorough. I walked away with an accurate prescription and feeling relieved that I got a good doctor to help explain the changes in my eye sight! I'm not an eye doctor so understanding how and why my eye sight might change is beneficial to me. Doc Nathan answered all my questions and demonstrated patience and had a kind way of communicating complicated information. Both the doctor and receptionist (I should have gotten her name!) were amazing! 100% recommend!

Dr. Jackson was very thorough while examining my eyes.He also gave me a prescription for seasonal allergies, since I have such eye discomfort. I will use the drops along with an over the counter medication and return on Saturday for my eye examination. Target has been the best place I've been to over the years, for an eye exam.
