I had my eye apt. last year on 05-29 by a fill in Dr. from Gretna and had a great experience. Ordered new lenses and remember hearing you need an eye exam every 2 years. I spent $365 just for the lenses and paid extra for the eyewear protection plan. I noticed a scratch and returned today 9-8 to get replaced under plan. I brought in my receipt and was told the plan is only good for 15 months. NO WHERE does it say that. I communicated I took delivery as stated on receipt on 6-12-24 and she said it goes by order date. She said I missed by 7 days, even though NO WHERE does it state 15 months and from order date. I asked how much to order and she said you need a new exam. I said I thought they were good for 2 years. NO... 1 Year. So why warrant for 15 months if only good for 12 months? Total scam... I have owned 5 business and would of gone out of business treating customers like this.. Good Bye.

The staff goes out of their way to be welcoming and kind, offering my waiting kiddos drawing materials, letting them try on glasses, and chatting with them. And Dr Lara is great with my kids- asking them good questions and making them feel like their opinions matter. Highly recommend this team!

Each individual working was phenomenal. They got me in quickly. The doctor was thorough and answered all my questions. The team to help check out and fit the glasses were friendly and helpful. When I asked for advice they were willing to give me their thoughts, and in the end set me up with 2 pairs of glasses/sunglasses that will last a long time with their warranty offered. They were not pushy or too "salesy". They simply laid out all the information and let me make an informed decision
