This was the most pleasant and fastest eyeglasses business that I have ever been to! The girls are very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly, it's clean and safe i have recommended it to several other friends after I had my visit today already! The eye doctor was very friendly, easy going and had all the best equipment the whole appointment between eye Dr. and the purchase of glasses took all of 30 minutes and I actually got the first pair the same day!!!! Wow! Very nice selection of frames for all, I have to say that I am extremely happy with my visit and purchase, keep doing the exceptional work thanks very much for the excellent service!!!

Having experienced many eye glass places throughout my years of wearing glasses, I was highly impressed with the customer service I received! The process was fun, fast and friendly! Every employee I encountered was excellent! Maria is who helped me to finalize my selection and she was just a joy to talk to. I appreciate her kindness and explaining everything thoroughly! I look forward to coming back in the years to come and I will recommend anybody that wants glasses to go to Eyemart Express!

This location is horrible. The receptionist had no idea what he was doing. My husband called around Saturday morning to see what places could get me in as I could not see and was having extreme light sensitivity. This place SAID they accepted my insurance and could get us in. We get in, he's filling out the paperwork as I literally can't see, and we get told we will have to pay the visit. That my eye insurance only covers getting an eye exam and glasses. Not an appointment for an emergency eye situation. I explain how that makes absolutely no sense as I've scratched my cornea and was treated just fine at Malbar Vision (closed for the holiday weekend). I went to call my insurance to verify by they too were closed with it being the weekend. We denied service as we didn't have the $65 on us (not paid until this upcoming week). Fast forward to yesterday when Malbar was able to get me in immediately. I talked with them and YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO RUN IT THROUGH HEALTH INSURANCE, NOT EYE INSURANCE as it's an emergency issue, not an exam. My insurance covered it JUST fine. Same with the drops I was then FINALLY prescribed. Had something bad happened to my eyes I absolutely would have taken my full rights to sue this company for lack of knowledge and letting me leave when they were wrong that my insurance would indeed cover the exam. The drive there was excruciating to not have care and have to drive all of the way back home with two little children.

Dr Young and his staff was absolutely wonderful. Dr Young is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. I was very pleased that I didn't have to wait very long. I highly recommend Expert Eyecare. EyeMart Express has a good selection of frames that are fairly priced. Maria was such a great help. It was going to take 7-10 days to get my glasses back from the lab, she gave me another pair that I got that day. And the discount I received saved me some money. Thank y'all so much. I would highly recommend EyeMart Express.

This was my first experience with Expert Eyecare, and I was very impressed. Dr.Young is very professional and knowledgeable. I didn't sit and wait for very long, which was important to me. Chelsea and Taleah are very customer service friendly. It's nice to have the staff smiling and enjoying their job. I will recommend Dr. Young and his staff to my family and friends.

I had a great experience at Expert Eyecare. They had excellent customer service and appreciated how they went above and beyond during the eye exam, as well as, when helping choose the "right" glass frames. The doctor was very knowledgeable, which gave me overall confidence in their services.

Dr. Mike Young is amazing!!! He is very personable, kind, and knows what he's talking about. I would recommend him to anyone searching for an eye doctor. His assistant, Amy, is also one of the sweetest people. I'm not a fan of going to the eye doctor, but they make it a pleasurable experience each and every time.

Great experience today Dr Lindsey Hubert was very professional . She didn't rush through the exam .. She listened to my concerns . Would definitely recommend her for eye care . Brenda was patient and helpful when it came time to pick out new glasses ! I can't wait for them to come in ! She suggested something a little out of my comfort zone and I think I am going to love them ! all around great staff
