I was browsing the store with my caucasian friend. Him and his family have been doing business with this company for 16 plus years. He was attempting to purchase new frames. He took his personal glasses off and put them in his pocket while trying new frames on. Shortly after, an employee (also a cucasian) approaches me. He hits me on the shoulder and accuses me of stealing. He told me someone advised him one of us had pocketed frames. My friend pulled his persoanl frames out of his pocket and in shock clarified with the employee that the frames he pocketed were his own. If I wasn't so flabbergasted by the whole situation I would have called the cops on him and had him arrested for assault and battery. If it was possible, I'd leave a zero star rating. They apparently will only be professional with you to receive money. This event happend on December the 12th at 5:15 pm. This establishment is racist to put it plan and simple. If your a person of color or not I would not patronize this establishment. Hopefully i can go back tomorrow and see if the security cameras were recording. I would love a copy of the footage. I know that this will be a long shot as they will protect him and his misconduct. This is not acceptable. They didn't apologize to me either. At this point it wouldn't be sincere.

We've been coming here for years. Myself, my wife and now 3 of our 4 kids. My last pair of glasses the lenses prescription was wildly off, had to be sent back and redone. My wife just got new glasses, again, script is off, kids glasses taking weeks to show up and then finding out today, one kid's glasses weren't even sent to be done even after calling last week to approve them (eye medical issue, had to hold off on approval until do tor saw him). Eye consultants/Eye Optics has gotten terrible. Between being way behind schedule for apts having to wait 45min after your scheduled time, a waiting room full of people, a small waiting room in the back full of people and glasses being a mess, we're finding a new place to go.

Terrible customer experience and accountability to mistakes. I recently ordered contacts. They came in on Christmas Eve. I was completely out of contacts. Eye Optics had ordered the wrong brand and the prescription was slightly off. Because of the holidays and being out of contacts I had to use them. When Eye Optics finally got to me (2 weeks later), they told me I had to pay for both the new and wrong prescription because I had opened the boxes. This is the second time this has happened to me. I explained that if I had to pay they would lose a customer of over 10 years for $250.00 which was Eye Optics error. They were unconcerned and asked why I hadn't worn my glasses. When I mentioned this to coworkers they let me know they have also had terrible experiences at Eye Optics. With an optics shop in every Costco, Target and corner, I will never be back.

What a great experience ! Eye optics and it employees do an outstanding job taking care it's customers. The environment located in a busy ophthalmologic practice is dynamic, but they do a great job dealing with the pace. They are attentive and take the time necessary to provide great and personalized service. Be patient if they are busy, they do an amazing job. I highly recommend them !

The absolute WORST customer service experience I think I've ever had. I would give negative stars if i could. They argued with me that the prescription was sent out. They sent it to the wrong location multiple times, argued with me some more. So 3 days in with eye pain I finally get it to the correct pharmacy to find out it's under an incorrect name...and the medication prescribed isn't covered under my plan anyway...I will never be returning and I hope this review saves someone else the trouble of dealing with this unprofessional, rude, and incapable company...

I needed a new pair of glasses so I decided to try EyeOptics. The first time I had to return my glasses they placed my bifocal line too high. RETURN NUMBER ONE! The second time I returned my glasses I wore them for 3 days and had consistent headaches. The prescription was wrong. I told them my previous pair was much sharper. RETURN NUMBER TWO! I called and complained that the prescription is still wrong. I told the doctor it feels like I'm wearing someone else's glasses. RETURN NUMBER THREE! The last time I returned them I complained that I couldn't see anything beyond 10 to 15 feet. Beyond that everything was blurry. Frustrated after a month and a half of going back and forth, I returned them. I was told a refund check would be issued. That was mid November 2021. It's now the second week of January 2022 and I STILL haven't received my refund. Take it from me save yourself money, time and frustration. Go somewhere else.

This place is horrible. They are quick to get your exam done for contact lenses but won't even check if i got the correct prescription. I stopped by the next day to make sure my contact prescription were correct because i had blurry vision. I had to schedule an appointment for next week. I just wanted to make sure i had the correct prescription contacts.

The opticians must work on commission because there is a female optician who tried to bully my husband and myself into purchasing something we didn't want. After telling her numerous times I wasn't interested in what she was trying to sell me, she told me to wait on the frames I had selected and to go home and "sleep on it"! For the lengthy wait and the pushiness of the optician, we will NOT be back!
