Do not recommend. Horrible customer service. My mom went without glasses for over 4 weeks, and there was no proactive communication in relation to. They apologize with no solutions, and close without communication. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ken and Sharon are fantastic I had some glasses from abroad that have sentimental value and I asked them if I were to bring in my eye prescription and the glasses would they be able to get them set up for me to use it was not more than a 15 minute consultation and I left they told me expect around 7-10 business days and next week on friday they phoned saying they were ready and looked fantastic! I will definitley be coming back to them for glasses and my eye check up they made a loyal customer out of me! Dont bother with chains like Shopko or Sears they are the go to!

I love this place! Andrew and his staff are great! They have high-end brands without the super high cost. The lenses they have are high quality, unlike the Mall eyeglass shops. They have unique frames and better brands than most places. I got new Tom Ford glasses and they were ready within a couple of hours.

Amazing experience - the team is friendly and super helpful. Great selection. Brought in my vintage Christian Dior find for new lenses and I couldn't be happier!!! Check out some pairs I tried !!!!

I was skeptical about going here at first, but I will say they earned my trust and my future business. Glasses are clear and sturdy. Friendly staff owner was great a take charge guy I respect that. A pleasant experience.

This place treats you like family - You want to go to get your eyes cared for by people who actually care. It's Like walking into a party, everyone is so Welcoming and funny and the process instantly gets easier ! The staff is second to none - the selection is huge and the fashionable and traditional frames are so hard to choose ! I had to get four pairs lol. Seriously the best experience I've ever had w buying glasses and contacts and getting an exam. Five stars only because I there isnt a ten star option. Go! You won't be disappointed.

Would highly recommend not using their optometric services. Was initially written an incorrect prescription and given a bit of a runaround, with them lying to my face about the lenses being made incorrectly. Then they said they would be happy to give me whatever prescription I'd like (instead of redoing the eye exam) which seemed odd. The whole experience was very haphazard and felt like a massive waste of time going back and forth over nearly a month. If you value your time and getting an accurate prescription look elsewhere.
