Our first time was a great experience at Ilumin! We felt welcomed from the very beginning when Ashley greeted us as we walked in. She even treated us to coffee as we waited. Our tech, Natalie, was a rockstar at being very thorough and answered the questions that we had. Dr. Petska was great and had a very positive attitude when helping our teenage daughter through the testing process. Sarah was very helpful and kind when helping our daughter choose the right pair of glasses. And Brenda was great helping my daughter get fitted into her new frames. We highly recommend using Ilumin. The staff and doctors there are awesome!!

I've been a patient at Illumin for 13 years since Dr Arkfeld repaired my torn retina. Illumin also performed my cataract surgery and I've been seeing 20/20 (since 2020). Dr. Arkfeld takes the time to explain every aspect of my vision care and ensures all your questions are answered. All the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Very professional, prompt, caring, thorough. My cataract procedure a few years ago was very successfully completed by Dr. Menke with no issues. My family have been patients of this ophthalmology group over 50 years following them over the decades way prior to their Ilumin association. Dr. Goldstein, now retired, noted my spouse's health issues prior to other medical professionals. We wouldn't trust our vision to any other group of vision professionals.

My husband and I have been Ilumin patients for years. Dr. Menke is my doctor. He recently performed my cataract surgery, and after consultation and discussion I decided on the light reflective lenses. What a life changing decision. But beyond that is the wonderful care we receive as patients. Every staff member is warm and welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I have always felt that you can tell so much about a business from the way the personell reacts to patients and each other. Ilumin is excellent in all aspects, from professionalism, patient care, information, discussion, testing and surgery, and just plain warm friendliness. I have and will continue to recommend Ilumin. They are the absolute best.

My husband and I have been going to ILumin for several years now. Dr. Menke performed cataract surgery for both of us. Mine was the laser surgery on both eyes the same day which was great. They are a busy practice but Alicia always finds a good appointment time. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. We recommend this practice.

5 stars isn't enough, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Dr. Menke is absolutely Amazing and does life changing work. Him and the entire staff from front to back are phenomenal. I will never in my life go to anyone but Dr. Menke and Ilumin. I have never seen this good in my whole life. The surgery was top notch-no pain or problems whatsoever. I would recommend them 1 million times over. PHENOMENAL!!!!

Dr Menke is the best! He always greets me with a smile, handshake & asks how I'm doing. He carefully explains the procedure & again asks if I have questions. He always tells me if I have questions or concerns to call him. I really appreciate his kindness & concern.

I had they very best experience with having RLE done. Dr Simone is amazing, patient, very knowledgeable at what he's doing. It was a way better experience than what I thought it was going to be. The team I had in the room was amazing and great at helping when he needed it. I would recommend the surgery in any other surgery The Dr Simone and his team provides.
