I'm actually quite upset. I was told that your office takes my insurance so I made the appointment came in Did my exam when you get my prescriptions they only gave me my glasses went to get glasses and I was told you don't fake my insurance. I was very pissed. They only cover it once a year now I have to find someplace else that take my insurance to fill my glass cover. I am very upset. I wouldn't have wasted my time with you guys. Had you not told me from the get-go that your examination and glasses are two separate. Entities I am very upset and very disappointed. Will not recommend your office.

I had gone to another eye clinic for years and always had the feeling they were trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible, whether it was extra procedures or strong-arming me to buy their overpriced glasses. Midwest Eye Care was nothing like that. Dr. Green and the staff were efficient, thorough, caring and friendly. I told Dr. Green that I really appreciated how she told me step by step through the exam how my eyes were checking out. I also asked her to check me for an eye issue that had been bothering me. The other place I went wanted me to go through a battery of tests ($$$). Dr. Green gave me some eye drops and urged me to call if the drops didn't work and we could try something else. Well, the drops did work! I have definitely found my new eye doctor!
