I purchased new classes last year and have been very happy with the glasses and service I received. One of the lenses had become scratched. Because I purchased a warranty the lenses were replaced at no cost. The replacement lenses didn't seem to be correct. Dr Katelyn Keffer worked with me to get the issue resolved. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this shop!

I'm surprised this business has such a high review score overall, and perhaps it's from past reviews. I've gone there for 3 years but will not be back. Customer service has been in great decline; I've never seen the same doctor more than once which shows me it's not a good working environment for the doctors; and my family and I have experienced terrible customer service when running late and being told we have to reschedule completely, or once when I was there with my daughter, the company had scheduled another customer at a different location and when the customer came in, she was told she'd have to reschedule completely, there was nothing they can do. Will definitely be looking for another eye doctor now.

Set up an appointment over a week in advance, did all paperwork online, uploaded insurance cards. Confirmed the appointment by phone and text. When my son and I came to the appointment we were turned away because their doctors don't see children under the age of 6. The fact this didn't get caught BEFORE hand is mind blowing, extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate due to the fact that I took off work and pulled my child out of school for this. A little schedule prep can go a long way.

I went in for an exam and a contact fitting. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The eye doctor was very attentive and friendly. I only gave them 4 stars because my prescription was so far off that my glasses and trial contacts are useless. I also didn't feel that the person that helped me pick out frames and lenses was as educated as they should've been about the kind of lenses I was getting. Not only were they not the right prescription, they were not the right lenses I thought I was ordering. I was under the impression that I got ones that have a reflective coding on them and once I got them they were so hard to see out of due to the reflection I was getting from the lenses. So great staff, but wrong prescription.
