Malabar vision is great! They got me in and out in a timely fashion, my appointment took less than an hour to complete and the staff is very friendly! The staff is also very queer friendly and used my preferred name and asked me what pronouns I used during my appointment, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be coming back

All the staff here is so great! I normally see Dr. Cain, who is very nice. This time I saw Dr. Bargell, who's also very nice and thorough. He got me set up with a dry eye eval and had some product recommendations for relief as well.
Mark called me the day after my appointment to let me know they had gone above and beyond to double check my insurance's fine print and get better lenses covered for me! Truly outstanding kindness & client service.
Tammy at the front desk is always so welcoming and kind, too. I didn't catch the name of the optician, but she was really funny and sweet and did a great job helping me pick glasses! We bonded over animal shirts - I have a yeehaw frog and she has a silly goose.
Overall the whole staff it really great. I bet it's a good place to work, and that's the highest compliment.

It's very unlikely and very unprofessional about this location i drove about 15 minutes to pick up my prescription glasses on Tuesday it's hours are 8:30 am- 7 pm but it was already closed by 6:40 pm when i go here before it's regular business hours 7 pm , it's not holiday not eve of any holiday no notice for customers in case of any emergency or something else just closed very disappointing and uncomfortable for customers

I'm a first time glasses wearer and started my frame/lenses shopping here. Walked in excited and instantly did not feel welcomed! Walked in and no one greeted us. A lady was at her desk out on the floor and never asked us if she could help with anything. It was awkward and uncomfortable so we left. Need frames or lenses go to LensCrafters at the Oakview mall. They're SO SO nice and affordable.
