Malbar Vision - Tower

The staff is extremely friendly & went above and beyond for my elderly client. Because of them she was able to afford the glasses with the little extras she needed and wanted on them. He didn't rush her at all and made sure she understood all the different options available. He was truly amazing!!! Thank you for a very pleasant experience!!!!

Malbar always makes everything easier for me! My eye exam was straightforward and I was filled in on information about my eyes that no one ever bothered to tell me before. I just called today because I'm on a trip and my glasses are breaking, and Adam quickly and efficiently found my prescription and sent it to me. I would visit sooner if my prescription wasn't already up to date!

If you have private insurance the guy in the back will talk you into getting extra stuff on your glasses, use your own discretion. It's a sales pitch. You've been warned. I'll never come back again!!

Colby, at Malbar Vision North Tower Omaha, helped me so much.. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. My glasses unfortunately snapped the night before and I wasn't a current patient, but have been in the past. I really needed to be able to see for work because I'm a driver. He was able to help me out with a trial pair contact lenses, and set me up with an eye exam and a contact fitting two weeks from the day.! I had to call several more times to ask more questions, and he was always very polite and very knowledgeable about any information that I inquired about. I really felt like he cared about me. He wanted to do anything and everything possible to make sure that I received everything I needed, in order to continue driving safely. Thank you so much Colby! Also thank you Adam! Tried to stop by and see about an adjustment or replacement at 12:20pm (Saturday 8/30) and the door was locked with a sign, saying, "Due to short staffing, only one patient at a time please". I mean, now I kinda wish anyone at all had brought up properly measuring for a quality fit so I could have avoided driving over today.

Friendly helpful employee that helped me choose the best frame and type of level of coatings and bifocals that made me extremely happy with the whole experience and end product.

Great overall business, Dr. Bargell and staff are polite, respectful and professional.
