I would like to sincerely thank the eye clinic for their high level of professionalism and care. The doctors are very attentive, take the time to explain everything clearly, and treat patients with respect and understanding.
The examination is calm and unhurried, using modern equipment, and the atmosphere in the clinic is comfortable and welcoming. After my visit, I felt confident and truly cared for.
I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who values their eye health.

Dr. Willis seems knowledgeable and my eye is getting better but I was unhappy about the wait time. I arrived on time, and didn't actually get seen until 45 minutes after my appointment time. I'm not sure if there was an emergency or what but there was no communication about the delay. I will come back because I'm happy about the care itself but I'm hoping for more efficiency or better communication in the future.

Expect longer than average wait times due to staffing shortages and training, but it's worth it. Staff is always friendly and efficient (as much as they can be). Dr Willis is super friendly and personable as well, and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends!
