I recently had an initial eye exam, both diabetic and regular with Dr. Volcheck. My initial impression of him was I was spending time with an old friend. He was kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I can truly say it was one of the best eye exams I have had. The entire staff was equally as welcoming and knowledgeable. I am very grateful for the entire experience.

EACH staff member was so kind and helpful! Had such a great experience as a first time patient. Very relaxed and friendly environment. Dr. Volcheck was extremely knowledgeable and explained all of my options. Looking forward to going here each year for my regular check ups.

I staff is wonderful & I got my glasses sooner than expected. I was told they'd try to get them to me before I left town & they made it happen! I'm a happy camper!

I really did like the Dr, so this is a bummer. You can't call customers after they pay for an order and just say, you're going to owe us more when you pickup. The billing here is terrible. I cancelled my order and will find another business. This is the 3rd billing mishap in 3 visits.

This place is fantastic. I had a great experience throughout. Friendly and helpful staff, the Doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough. They were understanding of the fact that I don't have vision insurance and worked with me find good and affordable options. Seriously, go here.

Jesse is a Saint. Probably the best experience I've had in terms of fitting for glasses, in all the years I've been to different eye docs. Give him a raise!!

Picked my glasses up today and in all my time of wearing glasses, around 10 years, I do not remember ever taking them home on the first day and not needing adjustments, I am beyond happy and thankful, great job Jessie and all the staff, thank you!!

I have been a customer of this eyecare provider for years. I originally had an appointment for last week and they called me to reschedule due to a death in the doctors family. Totally understandable and I rearranged my work schedule and arranged for work coverage for my new appointment date. When I walked in the office, I noticed that the normal person who helps with ordering eyeglasses was not in the front of the office. I asked where Tom was and they said that he was on vacation. I asked why didn't you tell me this when I scheduled my appointment? They said that I could come back to order glasses. And sure, of course I want to arrange to go to their office 3 different times instead of 2!!!! This was completely disrespectful of me as a customer. I am so upset that I do not know if I am even going back. They just may have lost a customer.
