Millard Family Eyecare - Lakeside

Very friendly, helpful, after being gone for a couple of years due to insurances, I'm back with them. One of the gals remembered me from when we used to come there! It was a good, warm feeling walking in there. Left there glad to be back & knowing I was in great care!

This was the most comprehensive eye exam I've personally had done. I think I've paid around the same for exam/frames at other places so it felt like a good deal to have more diagnostics done for me at the same price point. The eye health Issues I have, I've been referred out to other clinics for in the past, were addressed and a care plan laid out for me in office today. Front desk has their stuff together, everything was pulled up for me and ready to go before I even got there.

Everyone at the office was great. The Dr. was very thorough and explained everything to me. The office staff was great. Soledad adjusted my glasses and told me if not right to please come back and she would fix them. I will definitely return to that office.

Went in for a routine eye exam and was told if I didn't want to pay extra for a test that I should find another eye doctor next time. I was shocked since I've been going to the same place for my eye exam for years and never had an issue. When I asked about laser eye surgery Dr. Michaels assumed I was in my mid 50's and that I should wait for cataracts before considering laser eye surgery. I'm not even 50 yet and he would've known that if he looked at my records. Dr. Michael's only wants you to spend your money on unnecessary test. He deliberately assaulted me because I wouldn't pay for unnecessary testing. He also told me I need to find another eye doctor if I didn't want to pay for the extra tests.

Everyone that worked with me was friendly and very nice. I felt like the Dr.Klug was very thorough. He asked questions, and asked me if I had any questions for him. He recommended a treatment plan, and made sure I was comfortable with it. . The vision tech was very nice too. . Good experience

I brought the kids with me and they were very nice and helpful with keeping them occupied and out of the way by providing fun toys and space for them to play in the lobby. Good people and good work getting done over at this location!

Staff is always prepared, on time , and very kind and helpful! Doctor Klug is thorough and makes sure to answer all questions. Highly recommend!

I had my eye appointment with Dr. Klug today and he was very professional and friendly. I liked how he explained everything to me and how he paid attention to every detail. The clinic is very clean and the stuff is great! Thank you very much!
