Laura at the front is fantastic. What I'm bothers me is I spent $$$ on a pair of scratch resistant glasses. I came in to show them the lenses were showing scratches. I was told that they already replace over 150 pairs of lenses for the same reason. They were no longer guaranteeing or replacing any scratch resistant lenses. I'm sorry but I paid for scratch resistant, took care of my lenses as instructed and WHERE'S MY GUARANTEE?? It is NOT MY PROBLEM the company you used product failed. I PAID FOR SCRATCH RESISTANT LENSES. THEY ARE NOT SCRATCH RESISTANT AND I SHOULD BE ENTITLED TO A NEW LENSE. Mary Wilson

This place is the best kept secret in Omaha. I drive all the way across town to get glasses here. From the outside it looks like a big warehouse, but inside Lora is so helpful answering questions and letting me know what different pricing options are. Love the honesty. Also, their prices are great. I picked my favorite frames and then asked how much it was. $50! Of course they do have a variety of name brand frames too.

You're definitely not going to find any frills at MJ but you will find a gem named Laura. And it's not because she greets you with a cheerful, sing song "hello" as you walk in or offers you a variety of beverages from which to choose... You'll get none of that. Laura is there to do her job and it's a job she believes in, getting what you came for and that it's done to your specifications. MJ optical ain't fancy nor is it terribly service oriented, in the way we think of it when we walk into a salon, but its backbone is honest, ethical practices, which will have you out the door seeing far better than you did when you walked in and carrying a heftier purse than if you had been unaware of its existence and gone somewhere else.

Like others have said. It's the best place to go for eyeglasses.

Ordered new Safety glasses. They told me 5 days. It has been 8 and still nothing. Horrible turn times.
