Pearle Vision

I was having a horrible day today. My glasses had broke and they were my only pair. I went into Pearle Vision on Lst, I was greeted with a warm smile. I had explained to Alicia what happened to my glasses. She reassured me Addy & Karen would help to see if they could get my glasses back together. While they were working on my glasses, Alicia helped me pick out a new pair. I found one I liked and the lady's helped me purchase them with ease. They were even able to fix my glasses just enough to get me by until my new pair comes in. They were totally awesome!! I would highly recommend Pearle Vision! Way to go ladies!!!

I always have a great experience at this Pearle Vision location. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Dr. Schieffer is great and talked to me about all my options. My tech Carmen is always helpful as well! Taylor helped me pick out the best frames, and it all took less than an hour. Would recommend!

Dr. Robinson and Aleisha were super nice! They were very welcoming from the start. They both thoroughly explained each and every step of the exam process as they performed it. I felt confident they knew that they were doing and had my best interest in mind. When I was done I didn't feel pressured to buy frames from them but I know I have that option if I choose. I would love to come back for my future exams!

The eye test revealed a possible hole in my retina. The office got me into a laser surgery eye center The next day. Very thankful!

Great experience with the doctor. I had some trouble getting the glasses and their online hours seem to not match their in person hours at least on Friday but once I was able to speak to an associate, Jill, she was very nice and helpful. I had a very specific frame I wanted and while she wasn't able to get it as there was an order issue, she really did try very hard to fill my request.

Great staff to help with picking out new glasses that fit perfectly. Helped with finding best deal for my insurance coverage also.

My experience at Pearle Vision was informative & surprisingly pleasant. I give credit to the 3 women that worked with me for making my exam stress free & positive. First I worked with Shaze the tech that performs the preexam. She was kind, respectful & very caring about my neck injury. I had a little trouble putting my chin on the chin strap because of my neck injury. We managed to get my chin in position. I appreciate that she took the time & patience with me in the exam. Next I worked with Dr Z. (short for Zavala) is the best optometrist I've ever had. I've been getting eye exams for 43 years. I'm not kidding about her being the best. I honestly mean it. She has this sunny personality that was infectious that when I left the exam room I was in a really good mood. She also took the time to show me pictures of the inside of my eye & indicated how healthy they were by pointing to the pictures. We also discussed cataracts which have been a concern for me because I was told at my the last exam I had the beginning stages of cataracts. They didn't tell me anything else. I felt like I was just hanging there being completely clueless at my previous exam. Dr Z told me information about cataracts. I now understand the subject of cataracts. I was also relieved to learn from Dr. Z that my eyes were not serious enough to get surgery anytime soon. My last stop was with Jillian to pick out glasses. In the past when I've had to pick out frames it turns into a nightmare for me. I can't decide. I'm trying on a lot of frames not finding anything that knocks my socks off. Most of the time the eyeglass person is just sitting there not helping me. I would have 20 to 30 frames on the desk looking in the mirror over & over. At Pearle Vision the first frames Jillian handed me was the "one." Love at first sight. It was like Cinderella's slipper. I couldn't believe it. I have never had such a perfect time for picking out frames. We did have me try on about 10 other frames but nothing compared to magical pair she had picked for me. I loved the way they looked. Thank you ladies for making my experience an absolute pleasure.

Ive been here 3 different occasions and it's been a bad experience every time, long wait times for glasses, rude and unfriendly staff, and glasses received wrong prescription, wouldn't recommend
