I dealt with Callie to purchase new glasses. She helped me choose a nice frame that we both felt complimented me and worked with my prescription. She was very friendly and easy to work with. I appreciated her help immensely and will be going back next year when I'm due for an exam.

The Optometrist was great. I ordered two pairs glasses after my eye exam on Jan. 2, 2026. It is now Jan 29th and I do not have my glasses. I've been coming to this Pearle over five years and have never had to wait this long to receive glasses. Each year I get two new pairs of glasses and have always received them within 10 business days. This is my first experience with the new staff and I am not pleased.I have not received a follow up call on the status of my glasses. They never answer the phone, I called several times within an hour no one answered, so I went to the store to talk to someone about my glasses. I had to inquire twice about my glasses each time I inquired, a frame was in and will be sent out to get the lenses put in. My last inquiry was two weeks ago and I got the same response, my second frame was in and they were being sent to out get the lenses put in. I still do not have glasses. A follow up call would be nice. Once I receive my glasses, it will be my last visit to this location, I will find a new Pearle Vision location next year.

My experience at the Village Pointe Pearle was great! Dr. Tharman, the optometrist, really listened to me, answered my questions, and was very efficient, too. Callie and other gal up front (sorry, can't remember her name) were incredibly helpful. I was able to pick out glasses much more quickly than usual and everyone loves them! They were very helpful, especially since I was moving into progressive lenses. They were very reassuring about my ability to adjust... and they were right. I am so glad to have found them all - I was worried I'd never find somewhere to replace my long-time and recently retired optometrist. Nothing to worry about anymore. Thank you!

Terrible service and experience with this location. I have never had an issue at any pearle's in the past. They charged me $1300 for a pair of glasses and sunglasses. When they did my pupillary distance they measured it wrong. The sunglasses were completely see thru. I thought they were going to make it right after we had sent them back in. They didn't give me the right lens material, which i paid an additional $250 for. On the reorder i asked for a mirrored finish on the sunglasses and the new lenses were still completely see thru and not mirrored at all. The people working there are completely unknowledgeable, i would not recommend anyone go to this location.
The Pearle off 144th and Maple has been amazing to work with the last 10 years. All the stores are separate from one another. I would highly recommend avoiding the village pointe location.

The doctor was fast. Wishing he would have had my daughter try the contacts on before we bought them. Especially since she wasn't 100% sure.

The eye doctor is really nice, however the staff did not inform me it will take 10 business days to get glasses after I already paid. Now I probably won't have my glasses until the second week in January due to the holiday season. I would have preferred to know this long wait time prior to paying. I would've probably went somewhere else to purchase frames

I've been going to this Pearle Vision for years, but the recent employee change up front has been nothing but issues. Brooke has absolutely no customer service. She is rude and entirely unhelpful. She's double charged me on multiple occasions. Refused to refund my glasses despite being in the timeframe to return. She seems to make up her own rules. I will be finding a new place of care. Which is disappointing because I really liked the Ophthalmologist on staff.

I have been coming to this Pearle location for more than a few years and I have seen several doctors in that span of time. Doctor Tharman was the best doctor thus far in terms of explaining things and making the whole process easy to follow. The women in the front office were very courteous as well. Latasha helped us with most of our visit which we booked online the night before. I was surprised to have to fill out "paperwork" via an iPad when we got there considering how long I have been coming to this location, but Latasha explained it was under new ownership. Regardless, we dropped over $800 on a couple sets of glasses which we are looking forward to picking up in a couple weeks!
