Stephanie was awesome. I went in last week because my lenses were seriously scratched, and the extended warranty I bought had just expired. I had an eye exam, and my new insurance wasn't going to pay enough. She realized how stressed I was, and reached out to my old insurance company and got them to pay for replacement lenses. She squished me in just before she had to leave today, and I now have crystal clear lenses again! Yay!

I appreciate that she took the time to go through my retinal photos with me and educate me on the findings. Both Bailey and Nikki were awesome as well. The tech made me feel at ease as she took care of preliminary procedures before my exam. Dr. Nabors conducted a fantastic exam and got my prescription spot on! I am in the best contacts I've ever had! Picking frames has always been a very frustrating task, and I always dread it. Stephanie was amazing! She made this process fun and successful!
