I had an excellent experience with Dr. Greder. He was incredibly kind and took the time to be thorough in their examination and explanations. He made what could have been a stressful appointment feel easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality care.

Dr was fine but the process was terrible. I checked in to my appointment. They directed me to glasses to read my prescription then went back to waiting room to wait to get called back. My appointment was ok. The dr was in and out very quickly. I asked the tech when do I see the contact lenses department and he said you don't have an appointment but you can stop by on your way out I went to front to schedule my yearly. Then stopped at the contact department. They took me back in 5 min and I told her I wanted new contacts. She said since you are dilated we need to see you for a separate appointment. She said they changed their process. Before you would check in, go to glasses, go to contacts then get dilated and see Dr. I told her this is a hassle since I already took off work now I have to take another day off. She agreed and said the drs changed their process and none of the patients are happy about it. So I see it's not about the patients which is very disappointing. Plus they should have asked me when I originally made the appointment if I need to see contacts. Very disappointed

The staff at Midwest Eye are outstanding, they are organized and efficient. Scott Greder is excellent! He explains everything and is kind and compassionate.

Dr. Greder is very helpful and thorough. I feel I can trust him to keep me informed about my vision care, the choices I have and the approximate costs. I am grateful for his thoughtfulness.

Scott and his staff did a great job from the moment we took our car in until they dropped it off. They kept us informed of the progress on our car each day. They are an awesome body shop!

I was able to see the doctor very soon. The assistants were courteous and helpful. My complete eye exam went smoothly and was done " in record time" this year. Looking forward to a new pair of glasses!

Dr. Scott Greder has been my eye doc for about 20 years now. Always takes the time to answer questions and concerns. Completely appreciate him and his team.

A quick search shows there are many other ophthalmologists in Omaha, and I strongly recommend choosing one of them instead. This practice was extremely frustrating to deal with and poorly run. Appointments here seem to operate entirely on their schedule, not the patient's. My routine eye exam took over an hour longer than it should have, and most of that time was spent sitting alone in an exam room with no communication or updates. Being left waiting and ignored is unacceptable, especially for a simple appointment. There are far too many other options in the area to tolerate this level of disorganization and disregard for patients' time.
