I have been to this location twice once three years ago and then just recently. The staff is amazing and super easy to talk with. I love the hybrid system since im not big on someone hovering over me and the eye exam machine. I would also like to give a shout out to the front lobby personnel William! He is a gentleman through and through. He makes sure to greet everyone when someone come in and even if he is currently with someone else and let's others know that he will be with them shortly. He is a good and hard worker for sure! Thank you William and the rest of the Stanton optical team. Also can't beat $129 for two pairs of glasses especially given that I have a astigmatism in both eyes!

Scheduled an evening appointment. Seemed to be an issue as I heard several complaints about having to stay late. I wasn't told these were also virtual exams. My daughter picked out glasses the bogo. 169. I was fully prepared to pay the 169. The guy rang it up told me 450. I said what do you mean. He proceeds to tell me you have to pay for the lenses. Anywhere else I've gone that is included in the price? He then said I'll take 50 dollars off cause i want to go home. There prices are not what are advertised and I would never come here again. Worst experience

I've been here twice now for eye exams and glasses. The first time, everything went well , I got 2 pairs for $79, which is a fair price, and I liked how quickly they scheduled appointments. This time, however, I had a horrible experience. After my eye exam, I was told my glasses would be ready in about an hour. I explained to the lady (possibly the manager) that I couldn't drive without my glasses, so I'd wait in my car and asked them to call me when they were ready. Two hours later, I went inside only to be told, "We're closed, please come tomorrow." No one had called me to let me know not to wait. It was already getting dark, and driving with my poor vision felt unsafe. The next day, I had to call them myself to confirm my glasses were ready . I never received a text or call. The staff just said, "We were busy, only two people were working." I understand being short-staffed, but communication is basic customer care. It felt like they only cared up until payment was made, and after that, the responsibility to keep me informed was ignored. This was disappointing and frustrating, especially for someone with very poor vision who depends on timely updates.

Everyone was so warm and welcoming! I planned to see the in-house doctor, but ended up seeing the virtual doctor at their location. I was a bit skeptical, but it was a really great experience! They have a wide selection of glasses, and the deals are as good as the seem! Fast and friendly!!

Yesterday I got a text from Stanton saying "good news" my contacts were in and ready to pick up. The next day I decided to reroute my day to go and pick them up. When I got to Stanton they only had one employee working the whole front office. I was the 4th person in line. It took 35 minutes before it was my turn and I was told they did not have my contacts at the store. He told me that I was the third person that day that came in and received the same text. Anyway the blame was put on the automated texting system. By the time I left it was a little over an hour and a wasted my lunch hour. What should I have done? I already spent 30 minutes waiting just to pick up my order which was told was ready?

17 minutes after walking into this store, I called the 800 number so I'd be acknowledged. Typical bait and switch. With a virtual eye exam by a lady in India with a mask. Why? Your on a computer screen. I wouldn't recommend this company. Or this location for sure.

I went to get my glasses adjusted because I purchased three glasses and one of them was cricket. The general manager assisted me at first and insulted my face and when I told her I was offended I immediately asked for someone else, and she stormed off with an attitude without giving an apology and slammed the door to wherever she . The other person there semi help me she also acted as if she didn't know how to fix the glasses. The customer service there are horrible. They said they have audio for the camera and I will be back to make sure that it is heard on how poor the customer service was once I get my glasses adjusted I will never come back or recommend. I get a lot of compliments on my glasses next time when people ask going to say, I purchased them from another place.

This was my first time coming to Stanton Optical and it was a fantastic first experience. Amazing staff. Krystle was so friendly and helpful during my exam and William was amazing! I also loved that I was able to leave same day with both of my new pairs of glasses! I will definitely be returning!
