Updated:My initial impression was less than positive, but dealing with Brittney and Trevor was a game changer. Brittney is very professional and works with you to get insurance coverage. Trevor does an amazing job; he takes time to explain each stage of the process and is sure you're comfortable before moving forward. Very kind and patient. They make a great team and deserve recognition.

Trevor does a great job making the eyes. However, his office staff doesn't know what they are doing regarding insurance claims. I asked for a GAP Exception to have my claim paid as in network and they told me they had received approval for that GAP Ex. but they had not. I don't think they know what a GAP Exception is. They need to be re-trained. Good thing I work for the Department of Insurance and got the GAP Ex. myself and had the claim re-processed as in network. Other people might not be so lucky.
