They even give you 100 days to try out your glasses. If you don't like or they do not work for you, you can exchange. Now that's a deal

DO NOT GO HERE! The lady at the counter was short and rude. They messed up my lenses and wanted me to downgrade to another frame. Everything is outsourced no lab in the building so no one is able to help and all I am told is to call customer service. I am demanding a second pair done correctly at NO COST. This was the worst experience and I have been wearing glasses for my entire life. Never again will I come to this location or Vision. Works but someone owes me a refund or free pair. PERIOD.

The employees will go above and beyond. I have new insurance this year and they really made sure that it was all going to work before the appointment even though it was a cluster (marketplace can be difficult). I appreciate them taking their time to ensure that my copays and payment on my glasses was all correct and did everything they could for me before I left. Super sweet and here for you.

Not a good business model. I knew I made a mistake coming to vision works as soon as went back to the exam area. It's like a self checkout grocery store. The eye exam is 100% automated. The staff is there just to push buttons on a tablet. The optometrist is off site and the exam is all video remote.
Their 100 day guarantee was a joke because my reader portion was not strong enough so I came back a few weeks later and they wouldn't remake them and told me I had dry eyes. Or as an option I could make a second pair for 1 to 6 foot vision at my cost??!!
