I always enjoy going to Visionworks and Erin and Marsha are always available. Although when Visionworks suddenly has customers flooding the store, it makes it more challenging for the girls to give their best to each one. Visionworks NEEDS to Hire more people so that they can continue to keep the quality and integrity of the store in giving each customer the time and attention they need. I am a very patient person but not everyone can be. I don't want to see the good reputation of Westroads Visionworks fall short of being an EXCELLENT and EXCEPTIONAL STORE. Thank you.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. On August 16th, my husband and I had scheduled appointments. The store was empty, yet we were not seen for over an hour after our scheduled appointments. They do not have a licensed doctor on site. You see a doctor via Zoom. I was given two prescriptions and sent on my way. Later that day, I was called back because they failed to charge my co-pay. No issue with that, as I was already questioning why the prescriptions they provided me had two different numbers. The next day, I went back and asked for clarification on why the prescriptions were vastly different. I was told they'll have a doctor look it over and call me. A month later, no call and no glasses. I spoke with my insurance company (VSP) to discover that the "doctor" they stuck me with is out of network. And to this day, NOTHING out of Visionworks on their incompetence. NEVER again.
