I had such a wonderful experience!!!! All the ladies were wonderful from the lady that greeted me to the Dr (she's so awesome) to the lady that helped when it was time to pick out glasses. This isn't my usual place for glasses, my doc was on vacation and glasses broke, BUT it is now!!! I'll be driving out of my way just to see these ladies, they were wonderful and made it fun and easy

I went to pick up my glasses today. As with my prior visit, the staff was really in no hurry to greet me or be of service. The glasses were handed to me, and I was asked if they fit okay. No adjustments were recommended and the approach was different than any other eye glass appointment I've had, in that it seemed almost "self-service". I would expect the individual there to be the expert on fit and give some guidance, but those expectations were not met. The woman helping me seemed miserable. I felt sorry for her.
I will not return to WalMart for glasses again the future. The experience was just so off-putting.
**Edited to add - the eye Dr. was very helpful. Dr. Taylor. The staff, however, was not.

Dr. Taylor is very thorough with her exams. I'm a type 1 diabetic and so she takes extra time to make sure that she's looked at every part of the eye that the diabetes could slowly destroy. The other associates however are not very professional nor helpful. If I get a script this upcoming visit I'm pretty sure that I'll be going elsewhere to get my glasses

Just seconds ago I called to schedule an appointment for my 4 year old daughter, "Marlyn" answered the phone with the WORST nonchalant attitude ever, told me that they are booked to September & cannot schedule a future appointment for my daughter. I told Ms.Marlyn if she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't work there simple. It is 10am, fix your attitude. No one will perform care on my daughter EYES with that kind of attitude. If she's like that, the rest of the staff probably is too. I'll gracefully pass!

I've purchased 3 pairs of glasses from walmart in the past 6 years. First 2 experiances were good. The third pair which i went all out and purchases the highest quality lenses they had to offer did not go well. The focal point was not correctly done by an inexperienced employee( my judgement). Manager refused to replace them i now have a $375 pair of glasses that i don't wear.

The optometrist was... weird. She was nice, but she made some remarks about my weight and demeanor that I found to be unprofessional, or at least uncalled for. She then told me I had 20/20 vision and didn't recommend that I wear glasses, even though I've been wearing glasses since I was 10 years old with annual exams.

Poor record keeping on your prescription glasses as for the warranty. Make sure u keep all receipt and all paper work .this vision center is horrible
