im jen, i ordered driving glasses paid upfront on 12th, the guy tech that ordered my glasses put the wrong prescription to reading in them, not to drive. as i gave him both prescriptions. to choose one for driving. he dont know the difference between reading glasses and driving glasses prescriptions. i tried them on when they came in 19th and i said these are so blurry, i cant see in these glasses to drive, i thought it was lab mess up, but it wasnt the lab it was the guy tech that ordered the driving glasses, i told them i need them for driving, now i call back on 20th and 21st to fix the glasses to driving and he answers phone again i say u put reading glasses in the glasses u ordered not driving glasses and he hung up on me and tried to call back 50 times today he wont answer the phone the rest of the day, so i call walmart manager becky to tell the vision manager he hung up on me and he wont answer the phone now the rest of the day to change the glasses to driving, not reading, and when i was there telling him 19th that the glasses have wrong vision in them he starting throwing the glasses when i took them off. he has a temper. becky said she will report this to vision manager and email her. i asked him are u sure thats the right vision when i was ordering them for driving, he said yes this is the one for driving cause i gave him both the prescriptions for driving and reading. but he was wrong. never will i go back here for glasses at this location 180th wright, unless they offer me free glasses to deal with this rude man tech. im going somewhere else now that can be treated with respect i dont want to deal with this guy again that is disrespectful to me. im upset cause this guy hung up on me refused to reorder the glasses for driving, not reading. they need to fire this guy cause this vision dept just lost a customer. THEY NEED TO GIVE ME A REFUND RIGHT AWAY ASAP. AFTER HOW HE TREATED ME. AND I WANT A APOLOGY.

Dr. Tran and the staff were very nice to work with. The exam only took about 30 minutes and felt like the most thorough and comprehensive exam I've had in years. I appreciate how Dr. Tran really takes the time to explain things super well!

Purchased new glasses at this location and a nose pad arm broke while adjusting (7 days old). Maybe I received a faulty frame. Had to purchase a frame replacement. Besides this service is good.

Dr. Tran and the whole staff at 180th & Center were wonderful and patient with my elderly father. They took the time to make sure he understood their directions and were incredibly kind. Would highly recommend this place!

Things were great until they got my money then it was delay after delay with no answer. Then to be told my lenses were out of stock at the lab and their is no time frame as to when my glasses will be ready...it would have been nice to know this upfront
