So far it's been horrible. Went there for my eye exam 3 weeks ago. They said they would order my pair of trial contacts and I would have to go back for a fitting. I hadn't heard from them after ten days so I called to ask about my contacts. The man said it takes ten days to get them in. I said that's today. He said the doctor wasn't there that day but he would check with him the next day. I never heard from them. I called again today (21 days after my eye exam), still no contacts. I just had to reorder another box of my old contact Rx because now I'm out of contacts. They will be at my house in two days.
Also, I decided to go with a different eyeglass provider because of the frames I wanted. That provider called this Walmart Vision location three times to verify my Rx. Walmart never answered their calls and there was no voicemail to leave a message.

This is my own experience, so if I say something don't get into your feelings about it. Remember it's my experience. Well it's was a very lovely experience. Sometimes when you have retails in an area where the race is of one, we tend to not care and let our hair down. This Walmart was very professional from start to finish. Was taken care of from the time I came through the door, until I left. Great Job!!!!!

5* for SURE for Dr.Graves and Mitch over in the eyeglass department.
Dr.Graves was more patient and toom more time to try and answer all the questions I have about my rare eyw disease than the dr I had at Nebraska Med. He is also just an excellent person in general who you can tell loves what they do.
Mitch was excellent and helped me pick out which glasses to go with for my gradient tinted pair. He also made the purchase process very quick and seamless.
These guys are THE BEST PART of this walmart and Dr.Graves is hospital quality or better; Hands down because this isnt the best location Omaha has tbh and they beat my expectations.
I got both pairs of glasses ordered and in, in a week or less.

Man was very rude will never be coming back. For someone with "50 years" at walmart, you'd expect better customer service. Walmart should really rethink and consider quality over service time and hire someone who is happy at their job and grateful for the opportunity.

30 mins and $85 I was out the door with a prescription for contact lens of my choice and a free pair. Michael, the doctor, was great! He was more than willing to answer my contact purchasing options while being patient and polite. It being inside a Wal-mart helped erase the pressures of going to a place who solely specializes in the services I only cared to minimize.

It was rushed. I was only there for maybe, 15 minutes before I was given a prescription that didn't look completely filled out. It felt like something was missing or not completed. Very dissapointing
