Gutshall Kohle Pelster Eye Care

I have a bad habit of losing my glasses, it's time for my check up, had to cancel my appointment in Texas because I was sent up here to work. I called Gutshall and Kohle and they very graciously gave me an appointment for 2 weeks. Asked if they could call if they had a cancelation. They called 3 days later! From the time I walked in the door until I walked out, they were very friendly and professional. Dr. Gutshall took a lot of time with the exam, and explained everything so it was easy to understand. Then it was on to pick out glasses, the lady that helped me was very helpful and sweet. Was a great experience. I liked them all very much.

When placing my glasses order on December 3rd was agreed and told I would be getting translucent lenses was texted last night they were in was happy at first only for a female employee to move and make fun of me and slide the hole time while saying pay more money and suffer longer without glasses no not paying $80 more for y'all's lie Plus discrimination tords a person who is Autistic that y'all chose to take advantage of after my glasses where stolen in September I appreciate the doc apology but sorry dose not fix your employee discimation tords a autistic adult

I got in right away when I came for appointment. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Jordan was very thorough and professional while doing tests. Then Dr. Gutshall went above and beyond making sure I understood my results and helping me find what I needed. I could not ask for a more thorough exam and more professionalism in meeting my eye care needs. Dr. Gutshall is the best!!

It was terrific experience. The young lady who did the first portion of the exam was very helpful and I loved her honest help when I was picking frames. I would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to wear mask. It is extremely uncomfortable for me and it is difficult to wear a mask and choose glasses with one on.

Always feel heard when dealing with Dr. Gutshall. His kind, courteous demeanor makes getting your eyes checked a breeze. Takes time to clarify any questions a person has and talks about all services his clinic offers. Assistant and office staff seem happy in their jobs and happy to help.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I feel we get what we need and are not pushed to buy anything unnecessary. My husband had been told he needed a prescription somewhere else. Turns out all he needs is cheep reading glasses. It is good to know we will get what we need but not be told to buy an unnecessary prescription. I've also had great experience with buying glasses. I've had tons of compliments on my frames.

We've always enjoyed Gutshall & Kohle Eye Care. The staff has always made my kids feel comfortable. BUT... the prices are starting to get a little out of control. Unless you have Medicaid, which we don't, it's almost impossible to afford family services. I will continue to go every 5 years so that my kids can go every year.

All staff are very kind and caring. There is a great selection of frames, and I have always been happy with the service they provide. Beautiful eye clinic! Thanks Dr. Gutshall!
