Webb Eyecare

I love Webb Eyecare! The staff are always friendly and helpful. There's also a huge selection of glasses to choose from! I had Haelee, Adam and Delisha as my technicians and they were all great! One was in training and I really enjoyed watching them work with each other to focus on training but allowing the trainee to interact with the patient to gain that experience. Dr. Hubbard was amazing with diagnosis and care. Great job, team!

My appointment was amazing. Dr. Reinard was patient with me and advised me of what options would be best for my vision correction. She was very detailed and answered all my questions. She is a lovely doctor, that I definitely recommend. Delisha was great with administering all the testing for the appointment and assisting with my eyeglass purchase. She was very helpful; advising me on available possibilities and explaining the selections, in detail. I felt like I was asking too many questions, but she assured me that it was fine and that is what she was there to do. I appreciate her demeanor and knowledge. I left feeling very confident in my appointment and purchase. Adam and Tracey were astounding and helpful, when I picked up my glasses. They were made exactly as I asked! I appreciate the personalized care they put into assisting me. I definitely urge you to try Webb, for your vision needs!

Good eye Dr. Get tired of them always trying to upsell every step of the way. Waited a a month for my glasses to show up. My safety glasses for work came in prior to my personal glasses. Never got a call about what was going on. I had to call and inquire where they were. They were done had to call. They have really gone down hill on the customer service side. My entire appointment consisted of me telling the lady who was helping me, no I don't work in front of a computer to justify expensive blue light filter lenses, I work at night I can't justify spending that kind of money on medicated sunglasses. She didn't seem to understand. When I went in I told them I just wanted the eye exam my insurance paid for, ended up paying an additional 30 dollars for a picture of my eye. I could justify it if I was having eye problems but I don't, and when I told them I just want the basic exam for new glasses she said this had to be done. I am less than impressed with the direction of this once very good establishment, and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

My wife uses Webb Eye Care and she talked me into giving them a try. I had a wonderful experience with Blake and Dr. Reinard, both made the process easy and smooth. I'm happy I let my wife talk me into trying out Webb and will use them again when I need new specs.

Diago at WebbEyeCare was absolutely wonderful! He was so patient with my daughter as she learned how to put her contacts in and take them out for the first time. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure she felt confident before we left. Top-notch customer service from start to finish -- highly recommend WebbEyeCare!

Service was great from start to finish. Dr. Hubbard was great and explained all of my options in detail. Tori was so helpful. I was struggling to find frames that I liked. She didn't rush me and even gave me some suggestions. I ended up choosing a pair that she suggested! Would definitely recommend!
