Only reason they got two stars is because the actual doctor and his assistant were excellent. Front office staff and opticians are another matter. These people need to learn front office management skills. On the day of my exam, I sat down with the optician and ordered my lenses. I explained that I would drop the frames off with her the next morning on my way to a doctors appointment and I would be in a hurry. No problem I was told, it will only take a moment. So I get there to drop off my frames next day. There is one person waiting to see her for a fitting. 20 minute job. My situation would have taken a MINUTE tops. Was told I would just have to wait. Explained as I told her yesterday, I was on my way to a Dr. appointment. Too bad. Have a seat. This is NOT HOW YOU RUN THINGS. Just like at the grocery store - you let the guy with 2 items AHEAD of you and your cart full of items. It's common courtesy to knock out the easy stuff first. Do you people honestly think the person in front would object to waiting while a credit card is run? To make a long story short, this bad management decision cost you a $400 dollar sale. And you can cancel my appointment for next year. I wouldn't come see you if you were the last optometrist on the planet! Check out my multiple negative reviews on every site I could find. Oh, and my letter to ClearVision corporate.

My wife and I went in today to purchase lens and frames Met with Ava, the Optician. Ava was very professional and knowledgeable about all their products. She spent over 2 hours helping select frames for our reading glasses and sunglasses. Our overall experience was great, Ava did a wonderful job. We look forward to continuing our eye care there.

Excellent annual eye examination with Dr Mjares- Landin. One of the best annual eye exams ever - she compared my last annaul exam with this exam in more detail than other annual exams. Most important was her attentiveness on me - did not rush me - I have floaters and somtimes I literally need a second or two of more time to blink and provide a quality answer that helps me to help the doctor write the best Rx. After all, an eye exam should not be like at timed test to rush an answer. Highly recommend Dr Mjares-Landin for an eye exam.

Very approachable staff and professional service. I pay for premium eye care and that's exactly what ClearVision Eye Centers provides to me and my family. I'm grateful to have them in the area.

Been out eye doctor for a while now, love dr jensen. However forcing people to pay the 50 dollar retinal scam, was too much, just a simple money grab by clear vision, will be back when Dr Jensen puts his foot down and says no more. Just sad. 200 clients a month forced 50 dollar fee is 10k a month in extra money.

Felt really comfortable throughout the exam, talking with the Dr and picking out my glasses. Everyone was really kind and friendly. It felt like family. I will stay with them for all my optometry needs.

Longtime place where I've received my eye exams. I love Tony Jensen and the staff here at ClearVision. They're all exceedingly kind and and great at what they do. They always make my visit a pleasant one. However, on my recent appointment I had no choice in whether I received their like $30-40 advanced back of the eye imaging, it's now part of the regular exam. Ok, I thought. As long as insurance covers it. Spoiler alert: Mine don't. I do my exam, I'm picking out my glasses, and then they tell me they're waiving the fee this once for the back eye images this time since it's a new change to their exams. I say thanks, but next time I will be opting out of the back-eye imaging, since I don't find it necessary and don't want to pay for it. Then I'm told that this is how ClearVision does the exams now. If I refuse this additional $40 imaging, they will refuse my exam. It was never needed before, but now the information it provides the OD is apparently too important that it's now a required part of the exam. I think they just have an overpriced machine that's not paid off and this is their way of making it there. Unfortunately, if this is how it's going to remain, this will be my last exam at ClearVision. Bless the staff but this shift of cost onto the consumer is unnecessary to provide me with an eye exam that worked just fine before. Ridiculous, even. If ClearVision cares that much about the back of my eye they can cover the cost or I will find a new provider.

Long story but ordered 3 sets of custom reading glasses ($1100 bucks worth) One set of the extended distance reading glasses were not good on my eyes so I had them replace to replicate the other two. After 2 more weeks, glasses came in and still the same issue (they were the same) . Glasses went back for another 3 weeks. They call me this week that the glasses were ready. I go to the office and wait TWENTY minutes and the manager comes out to tell me they must have misplaced the glasses, that the staff can't find them! Unbelievable Needless today after calling twice today to speak with the Manager who is now not avaliable I told the front desk to refund my CC immediately for the 3rd set. I will NEVER ever do business with this place again. I run a company as well and this business is the worst I've experienced in a long time! My guess they're used to dealing with very elderly folks who they can fool...Still shaking my head on this office. I am sure I'll get the "we strive to give the best customer service"...
