I had the absolute best experience at LensCrafters thanks to Dagmar -- she is ahhhmazing! From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, heard, and taken care of. Her customer service is truly like no other. Dagmar took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered thoughtful and honest advice, and helped me choose frames that not only look great but fit perfectly with my lifestyle. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and understanding -- never pushy, just genuinely helpful. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism, warmth, and expertise so effortlessly. If you're going to LensCrafters, ask for Dagmar -- you will not be disappointed!

I had found some scratches on my lenses and noticed them while driving. My husband had mentioned our insurance covers replacements of the lenses and frames. I came to this Lenscrafters and was promptly helped by Kyle. I was unsure of how the insurance worked but he explained the entire process to me. He was informative and helpful throughout the visit. He mentioned it could take about a week or 2 for the new glasses to come in, but I ended up with a call yesterday that the glasses were ready for pickup. Kyle was there for the pickup, and once again he helped me with the exchange. He made sure that my glasses felt comfortable and that I was satisfied with the look of the frames. I appreciated his time, great experience at this location

Dagmar provided outstanding service during my recent visit, and I would highly recommend her and this LensCrafters location to anyone. I went in to purchase eyeglasses and ended up purchasing sunglasses as well because of how helpful Dagmar was. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and very attentive to what I needed. She took the time to explain my options, helped me understand my insurance benefits, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Dagmar was extremely knowledgeable about different frames and lenses, and she patiently answered all of my questions. She helped me pick out styles that not only looked great but also fit comfortably and matched my daily needs. I left feeling confident and excited about my order. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared about getting everything right. She double-checked my order, made sure the fit and selections were perfect, and made the whole process feel personal rather than just another transaction. Employees like Dagmar are the reason I will definitely come back to this LensCrafters and recommend it to friends and family. Stopped lenccrafters Yes today around 5 o'clock with a pair of glasses that I did not purchase from them! Hoping that they would be able to fix my glasses! Ashley took care of me eithout sny hesitation kind and professional! Thankful to have my glasses back in perfect condition. Thsnks again

I am very pleased with the Staff from LensCrafters at the Craig location. Everyone there showed they genuinely care about their customers. I will like to personally thank Kyle for how awesome he was that day; he is amazing. From the moment we enter the store. He greeted all of us and made us feel welcomed. He even made my kids paper animals so that they could play while we found the best glasses. He truly went above and beyond for us. We are very grateful

From front Receptionist to Dr. Truong, J and her bump, Ashley and other Technician, what a Wonderful Experience! I love the digital machines and the accuracy it showed, and how easy it is to do without dilatation. Dr. Truong so Intelligent and Nice, and he answered all questions and a through exam it so was. Picking frames with Ashley was so good, Nice, Kind and so much she so does to make you feel good and also helps to pick what is so nice on you too. I so wish I would of known they were closer to me and also an affordable solution this was. I am glad to finally find my Optometrist and Techs! Again Thank You for a Wonderful Experience.

A truly beyond exceptional experience. When I had almost given up hope of finding a place that could help me in my unique situation, I was graced by Angel(she really is) on the phone. I was absolutely frantic trying to find a same day set of glasses for my daughter, taking midterms and unable to see her tests, just praying for a miracle. Angel assured me right away, that she would be more than happy to help me. I was a little apprehensive about how this would go, given other places I had already been to and completely shutdown. All of the associates welcomed me into the store right away and was asked to sit and wait until they were finished with their current clients. It felt like forever, but in reality, it was only about 15-20 minutes. When Ryan sat down to help me and get me started, I was meet with kindness and grace. He completed a brand new set of glasses for my daughter in under 15 minutes & I walked out giving my daughter the gift of sight again! Thank you all so much!
