The Medical Eye Center - Bedford Office

I recently had my annual eye exam at the Medical Eye Center in Bedford. On arriving I was greeted by Addison G who is "in training" buy you would never know it as she was friendly and super efficient getting me checked in. Next I saw Nate who is one of the technicians who was great helping me through my visual field test and having pictures taken of the inside of my eye. Next up was Shaylin who is Dr. Siegel's assistant. She is great to work with and took me through the next steps including testing my vision. Finally I saw Dr. Siegel who completed the examination. Overall I could not have been happier with my experience. I have been going to the Medical Eye Center for over 10 years and their level of service and care is second to none.

While they took care of my grandmother and pointed her in the right direction for her cataract surgery, I was not at all satisfied with what I heard while sitting in the waiting room waiting for her. Both the doctor and his staff member mentioned the way she signed her name and said it while laughing not knowing everything she has been through in her childhood and doctor said "why did she sign it like this" and his staff member said "well she's Bosnian they have a different alphabet" which is in no means true, we just have extra letters like most languages do. I am very hurt by the comment made and so is my family. It was just plain ignorance.

Extremely satisfied with the service I received. Friendly and helpful. Nurse was a "sweetheart". She had hiccups, LoL. Doctor was extremely nice and someone you can talk to. My PCP recommended them so I went. Very nice staff. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely enjoy coming here. Everyone is so friendly, it usually doesn't take too long to be seen on a regular day, and it's a very comfortable environment. Dr. Elia is very kind, patient, gentle, and caring. I would recommend coming here.

I was referred to this group due to an emergency eye issue. They were prompt in connecting with me to get me seen. When I arrived, they were courteous and attentive. My wait time was reasonable seeing they were squeezing me into their schedule for the day. The Dr. was through and explained what was going on and what the treatment plan would be. It didn't take long before I was in a chair and having laser surgery to correct my issue. I would highly recommend this group to anyone needing help with their retinas.

What an amazing experience I've never felt so comfortable with an eye exam before! An incredible staff and doctor they kept my wife and I fully engaged in my visit and what procedure to correct my vision right down to the cost. We couldn't be happier

I am a new client to this practice, and was very impressed with the the efficiency in which the office was run. No long wait for my appointment, no wasted time waiting for the Dr and the staff was very professional and polite. Dr. Xu extremely knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, and ask questions of. I would highly recommend anybody with an eye issue to check out this practice.
