Valley Vision in Conway NH is amazing ! I had my first appointment yesterday and my only regret was not going sooner. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Shari helped me from start to finish and was wonderful. She put me at ease right away talking me through everything I never had anyone do that for me before, she rocks. The tests were quick and easy and the professionals who I spoke with were great as well. They made it so easy I picked out my new glasses right then and there, Shari was a big help with that as well. They had a sale on the exam and I got my glasses and everything I needed for an affordable price. I let them know I would be back for Sunglasses. Not only are they great at what they do they support projects in the community. They put a sign in there window in support of the Skateboard project KPMSP I'm apart of and I never forgot that. My experience was amazing. I got a same day appointment. I thought I was hearing things, but it was true. I feel awful because I cannot remember the name of the woman that helped me, but she was so nice and helpful. I will find her name and shout her out. The absolute best part; they can have clip on sunglasses made for ANY pair of glasses in the place! Usually there are only a few options, but here you can be like a kid in a candy store. 5 stars all the way. Jo Whittington

I went in for a vision exam on short notice and really couldn't be more satisfied. I was seen by Caroline who was professional, super knowledgeable and most importantly caring. She explained every step patiently . It was clear that her primary aim was to ensure that I received a thorough exam and not be pressured into optional tests, which could've have made the visit more costly. I truly appreciate the honest service. Such a difference from big city experience! The White Mountain community is in good hands !

Absolute professionals every step of the way. Reception is organized. Charting is comprehensive. The blend of telemedicne and hands on testing is seamless. We live in a rural area and this is a way to bring multiple talents to the client. Staff is happy and energetic. Owner has been recognized by Goldman Sachs for specialized training. Definitely a gem in the Valley!

I had gone to their open house initially several years ago, and I liked the people and how the process they used. Well, I put off my eye exams for a couple years, but went yesterday, and the experience was wonderful! The exam was smooth, not rushed and everything explained as things were found. I was happy that They took the time to explain to me what was going on in my eye that explains my change in vision.... As I get older and being a visual person, my vision is important to me. It's so nice to know the how and wise and that it's nothing to worry about. I definitely recommend you try them out, I think you'll be very satisfied.

I have had only great things to say about the people at Mount Washington Valley Vision. First off, their demeanor is wonderful. There's a genuine desire to help each and every person that walks in the door. Secondly, my eyegasses prescription accuracy and fit, is top notch. Lastly, they are both kind and professional. I couldn't ask for more and aways look forward to seeing what's new there!

Awesome staff and very quick! Thank you guys so much. My friends dog chewed up my frame on december 24th and they said come on in and pick out a new frame we'll put your lenses in. Im from mass i was on vacation and the process was so easy.

My visit went very well. The staff was friendly, professional, and took great care of me. I received excellent service and felt comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend this eye care office.
